Black Bay is a complex of 5 seaside cave houses, dug into the volcanic rock.
It is situated in the renowned Black Beach (Mavri Paralia, Mesa Pigadia)
in Akrotiri. Each house is equipped with everything a modern house needs.
Every last one of them is beautyful and yet different from the rest. 

In 2019 the Arvanitis family completed Black Bay introducing it's
luxurious characteristics in Cycladian style. Their aim is to give the space
to the guests to form powerful memories dictating themselves how they are to
experience each corner of the house inside-out.

Since the foundations of this venture the Arvanitis familiy aimed to present
a series of rooms that could potentially consolidate feelings among every
couple and to inspire creatively. 

Though the magic hides in the attempt for Black Bay to evolve from
a fun experience to a life experience that you can carry for ever...
